CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that people forget to cancel the day before and sometimes last minute scheduling changes occur.  Dog walking services must be canceled on or before 9am day of service. If you cancel after 9am we will charge a $25 per dog cancellation fee.

All Specialty Services (off-peak, weekend and holiday*), Pet Sits, and Cat Care must be canceled with 48 hour notice or will be charged in full.

INVOICE INFORMATION:

Invoices are sent out on a monthly basis. If the invoice is paid late, the following will occur

  • Invoices below $250 will incur a $25 late fee

  • Invoices above $250 will incur a 10% late fee

DISCLAIMER:

If a dog causes damage to another dog while in the care of Doggie Nose Best, the client is responsible for all vet bills accumulated.

All non-neutered/non-spayed dogs will incur an additional fee of 25%.
