Frequently Asked Questions

  • DNB is primarily in the Gramercy Park area. We also provide services in Chelsea, Stuytown/PCV and Flatiron.

  • We send out a form every Sunday morning for the upcoming week. Fill that out to let us know your walking needs for the week.

  • At least 2 weeks in advance please!

  • We understand that people forget to cancel the day before and sometimes last minute scheduling changes occur. Dog walking services must be canceled on or before 9am day of service. If you cancel after 9am we will charge a $25 per dog cancellation fee.

    All Specialty Services (off-peak, weekend and holiday* services), Pet Sits, and Cat Care must be cancelled with 48 hour notice or will be charged in full.

  • Invoices are sent out on a monthly basis. You have up to 10 days after the invoice has been sent. Additional fees will accrue after 10 days (invoices below $250 will incur a $25 late fee; invoices above $250 will incur a 10% late fee)

  • We do private walks by request.

  • It depends. Please reach out well ahead of time.

  • Doggie Nose Best is insured and bonded.

  • We offer dog sitting and dog boarding. We stay at apartments upon request.

  • Yes, we can do multiple walks a day.

  • Yes for an additional $5. We are also CPR certified.

  • We walk up to 4 dogs at a time.

  • Usually yes. In certain circumstances, a different walker may take over.

  • Fill out a form to join the pack. We will set up time to meet you and your dog and go over a schedule then.

  • Please fill out a form and let us know ahead of time!

  • Yes, upon request, for an additional $5.

  • We confirm weekly schedules on Sunday nights and overnight stays at least 48 hours before.

  • Only the 4 legged kind!

  • We do meet and greets with all clients.

  • Yes! We always ask for 2 sets of keys.

  • Monday-Friday: 9am - 5pm
